Our Mission

Virginia Chain Breakers Inc’s mission is to prevent and reduce youth violence by empowering at-risk youth ages 10–22 through education, mentorship, mediation, and victim support. We work at the community level to address the root causes of violence, disrupt gang involvement, promote positive decision-making, and help young people break generational cycles of harm while building safer, stronger communities.
